The Nutrition - Individual Empowerment Online Course introduces the stark reality of the global chronic disease epidemic and provides an in depth look at how the CrossFit Nutritional recommendation improves health. The Course also introduces the main concepts of a few dietary protocols that are common within the CrossFit community; the Paleo Diet, Flexible Dieting, and the Zone Diet.
In addition to discussing what and how much to eat, the Course explains various health parameters that are indicators of chronic disease risk, allowing individuals to monitor and quantify the shift towards the “Fitness” end of the CrossFit continuum as lifestyle improves.
The Course is written for individuals regardless of CrossFit Level 1 attendance.
