Programming

Overview

The CrossFit Programming Course is designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the elements that create a successful CrossFit program. After working through the course, the user will better understand:

-The key elements of variance and how to use them

-How to successfully build a single workout

-How to best create the next workout in a series of workouts

-How to test a program to determine its effectiveness

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion (available at the bottom of this page). A Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) will receive three CEUs toward maintaining the CCFT (CF-L3) credential.

This course can be completed in multiple sessions. However, it is recommended that you complete a full module before exiting the course, as work on partially completed modules will not be saved.
