How good are you at spotting — and correcting — the technique faults of athletes in your gym, from beginner to advanced?

It’s not easy to identify technique faults in complicated lifting and gymnastics movements, but we can help!

The CrossFit Spot the Flaw Course will help you refine your skills and improve your ability to quickly identify technique faults in gymnastics, weightlifting, and monostructural movements.

You’ll learn:

  • How to spot movement issues
  • The typical errors for common movements in the gym
  • The corrections required to resolve identified issues
  • A Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) will receive 2 CEUs toward maintaining the CCFT (L3) credential.

    This course can be completed in multiple sessions. However, it is recommended that you complete a full module before exiting the course, as work on partially completed modules will not be saved.
