Spot The Flaw is designed to develop a trainer's ability to identify technique faults in commonly used functional movements selected from the weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural modalities. This is an introductory course that focuses on analyzing a single athlete.
Each module includes a test that will challenge and refine the trainer's ability to spot movement faults. The course develops a broad foundation for seeing movement issues, which allows trainers to hone their abilities to make effective corrections.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion (available at the bottom of this page). A Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) will receive 2 CEUs towards maintaining the CCFT (L3) credential.
It is recommended that you use Google Chrome to view this course. This course can be completed in multiple sessions. However, it is recommended that you complete a full module before exiting the course, as work on partially completed modules will not be saved.
