Level 2 Certificate Course (Hybrid): Online Component

Overview

The Level 2 builds on the concepts and movements introduced at the Level 1, and is suited for any CrossFit trainer serious about delivering high-quality coaching. The hybrid format is designed to provide more flexibility for those who are busy and prefer to digest the lecture content at their convenience, granting the same permissions as the two-day in-person Level 2.

There are three parts of the Hybrid Level 2:

  1. A self-paced online course (this course) that can be completed at home. The course includes the same lectures offered at the in-person course, and participants will have 24/7 access. We highly recommend you complete the online course component prior to attending the one-day in-person component.
  2. A one-day in-person component focused on practical application through one-on-one training and small-group coaching.
  3. The Level 2 assessment, which will be sent following completion of the online course and in-person component.

Upon completion of the course, participants are able to obtain or revalidate a current CF-L2 credential (valid for five years).

This online course can be completed in multiple sessions. However, it is recommended you complete a full module before exiting the course, as work on partially completed modules will not be saved. Participants have six months from the date of registration for an in-person course to complete the Hybrid Level 2 requirements.
