The Level 4 focuses on hands-on trainer development and assesses a trainer’s ability to effectively coach CrossFit movements and run a successful class. Only experienced trainers who have been coaching CrossFit in a group setting for several years should pursue the Level 4. This online component can be completed in multiple sessions. However, it is recommended you complete a whole module before exiting, as work on partially completed modules will not be saved. Participants have one year (12 months) from the date of registration to complete the CrossFit Level 4 requirements. Before registering for the CrossFit Level 4, candidates should be prepared to dedicate two to three hours per week to the Level 4 process.
